SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship orders across India.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES

For Prepaid Orders

• Orders below ₹449: ₹49 shipping charge.

• Orders of ₹449 and above: Free shipping.

• Delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• Orders below ₹449: ₹49 shipping charge plus ₹69 COD fee, totalling ₹118 in delivery-related charges.

• Orders of ₹449 and above: Free shipping, with a ₹69 COD fee only.

• The ₹69 COD fee applies to every COD order, including orders eligible for free shipping.

• Delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

All applicable shipping and COD charges are shown at checkout before the order is placed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp using the contact information provided during checkout.

ADDRESS AND DELIVERY

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGE

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@antyaksri.in with your order number and clear photographs of the package and products.
